Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue An. Ellis Taylor is an American actor and producer. She received a BA from Brown University in African-American Studies. At the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University she received an MFA. Aunjanue Ellis is an American actor and producer working in film, theater, as well as television. Her stage debut was in the year 2000 and went onto appear in mainstream, independent, and TV series. She was known for appearing in the role of Miranda Shaw (ABC's Quantico) as well as in BET's massive The Book of Negroes. The series both received critical acclaim, but she also won a lot of prizes.
