Melissa Suzanne George hails from Australia and is an actor as well as a businesswoman, inventor, and model. She started her career in Australia, and later moved to Hollywood in which she is a huge popularity. George George was born in Perth and initially became fascinated by skating, dance and various other artsy activities. In 1992, she was awarded the Western Australia Teenage Model Of the Year Award for her modeling career. In an episode of Seven Network's soap opera Home and Away, she made her debut on screen the next year. She made her film debut with Dark City. Later, she took on minor roles like Alias The Limey in Down with Love. In the end, in The Amityville Horror 2005 remake she became the first female protagonist in the history of a Hollywood popular production. She's among America's most sought after Australian ex-pats. George introduced Style Snaps, her product as an inventor.
