Aura Garcia Sanchez plays an actress in Spanish film and on television. She was a part of Stockholm, as well as television shows El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido, born in Madrid 1989 was a painter and composer. Tomas Garrido, her father, is an orchestra conductor and composer, while Pilar Sanchez paints. The first time she took piano lessons was when she was four. Ballet was her first love shortly after. As a child the way she spoke English was greatly influenced by her closest friend who spoke English. Her high-school studies over and she attended Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico located in Madrid. There she studied interpretation for three years, with a focus on translation of text. But she quit in 2010, when she was offered an acting role in Planes para manana. Her nomination for a Goya Award under the category of best emerging actor, and was awarded the Silver Biznaga award for her role.
